We recently booked Viki to host a pasta making workshop for our daughter's 8th birthday and the children all loved it! They had so much fun making different shapes and colours of pasta, and then got to enjoy a feast at the end. The feedback from all the children and parents has been overwhelmingly positive, and I would happily recommend Twiddle's services to anyone.

My 15 year old daughter really enjoyed the pasta making workshop which was a meaningful birthday present. The venue was easy to find and had all the amenities necessary for a food workshop. Viki is very knowledgeable and friendly.

We really enjoyed the pasta making workshop with Viki. Viki made sure we had everything we needed, and took time to talk everyone through the process, offering individual help and advice throughout the session as well. It was an added bonus that Viki had created a beautiful lunch for us as well - the red pesto was delicious and the perfect sauce for our pastas!

I attended one of Viki's classes on coloured pasta making and it was fantastic.
The instructions were easy to follow and the results spoke for themselves as the class culminated in a delicious and healthy pasta meal with bread and salad to accompany.
As someone who has already tried pasta making at home, I found that the class has given me the confidence to continue experimenting with different shapes and recipes and has also inspired me to explore coloured pasta in more detail.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone starting out with pasta but also those who want to develop their skills beyond tagliatelle.

Viktoria Garbett attended our very first National Association of Retired Police Officers (NARPO) Wellbeing Lunch in Sheffield on 28th August 2024 and delivered a brilliant presentation about her specialist subject, Nutrition. She shared her expert knowledge and expertise with retired police colleagues, their partners and friends.

Viktoria shared her own personal story about her Grandpa who used to be a police officer, which made what she said so much more relevant to her audience.

Viktoria was the first of four speakers. She spoke clearly, calmly and with great confidence, captivating her audience with stories, anecdotes and incredible content. During the Q&A session at the end of the presentations Viktoria articulated her responses thoughtfully, respectfully and professionally.

I have since evaluated the event and met with some of the guests who attended. Viktoria has made such a positive impact and thanks to her, so many retired officers are already taking on board her advice!

I believe we have created a ‘blueprint’ for a follow up event and cannot wait to invite Viktoria to a future Wellbeing themed lunch.

I would highly recommend Viktoria for Nutritional advice, Nutrition Coaching, presentations, talks and networking. She is one of the most personable professionals I have ever met.

Brilliant Class !

What a fun, educational and tasty experience ! Viki was very informative and you felt her passion throughout the class. To engage 2 teenage girls early on a Sunday morning tells you everything ! Would thoroughly recommend - we had a fantastic time :)

I recently took my daughter to this pasta workshop, and I have to say, we were initially unsure about how she would feel given her shy nature. However, from the very beginning, Viki made all the difference. She explained and demonstrated everything clearly from start to finish, providing help with every step of the process whenever needed. Viki encouraged and praised everyone throughout the session, creating a positive and supportive atmosphere.

My daughter told me that this was the most amazing workshop she has ever attended, and she is eagerly looking forward to the next one with Viki. We are incredibly grateful for this wonderful experience. Congratulations, Viki! We wish you continued success!

I took my 11 year old daughter to the kids pasta making workshop, and from start to finish it was a very enjoyable and informative experience for both of us. She learned how to make pasta, stretch and shape as you like, and I learned about how to colour and make it more healthy. Viki the host was encouraging and her knowledge in nutritional cooking shine through. Good fun, we had a lovely time together.

We did a Pasta Making Workshop this morning with Viki at Cambridge St Collective and it was fabulous! It was fun, informative and gave us the skills to enable us to make pasta from scratch! Also able to take our creations home and made for a super easy dinner tonight. It was a lovely family experience, really enjoyable and we will definitely be back to do more workshops in the future!
