I have purchased items from Twinklevm online through a Facebook ad, the good never arrived despite the company saying they were delivered (I was home at time of supposed delivery). The company sent multiple emails with apparent tracking detail links of the shipment, however the tracking links did not work and the website appeared very poor. The company appears to be acting fraudulently, scamming customers with non delivery or supplying counterfeit goods. Do not buy from them

Never Got either of my North face jackets. I ordered. No response from the shipper even though It shows package was delivered. No phone number Or email to contact anyone. Message sent through delivery status but no response.

I thought FB would run better algorithms to see what's fake and what's not but unfortunately they do not.
Ordered a North Face hoodie over a month ago and still in transit apparently.
Emails keep bouncing back but I know the moneys gone so stay away.

Looks like I've joined a long list of people being ripped off I normally am pretty clued up but this was on a site where I've received items already these people should be stopped am getting in touch with bank . people stay away from twinkle VM .online saying it's been delivered and it hasn't now blocked from email address

No star at all! Very deceptive company and website! Hope you get what you deserve. You are scamming people and taking their money! The item never arrived! What a shame! Ordered the item last week of October and said item was delivered on the 1st week of December. Waited and wasted money for nothing. I really hope you get what you deserve.

Ordered a The North Face coat, seen the post on FB seen others commenting and saying they've ordered so thought it was a safe website specially when I watched the delivery process through out china, then to UK airport customs but after that I blocked from viewing the website, even tried by computer but still blocked from view website, tried to email company a couple times but emails kept bouncing back saying could not accept email, Definitely a SCAM!! . Wasn't bothered if it was a knock off/fake as it was only for a walking coat that cost £33 but not the point, Twinklevm should be ashamed of themselves.

AVOID TWINKLEVM at all costs, thankfully my bank have issued a refund and opened a case against them.

Ordered a waterproof jacket for the winter on October 18th and then watched the delivery process/tracker as it came over from China. Was at home with covid when I had an automated phone call to say my parcel had arrived November 18th. Went to front door and no parcel, checked with neighbours and no parcel. Have tried numerous times to get in touch with the company who's websites page "can not load" Only email I have received from them says delivered. When it absolutely has not been delivered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! ITS A COMPLETE SCAM!!!

Waited over a month..tracked parcel via (as i recently found out)a bogus tracker 718..showed me all the places my delivery went as it did the long journey frm CHINA..when it told me parcel was delivered i knew then sumthing was up..not a happy shopper..im on benefits & fuming..ive emailed and not got a reply..avoid like the plague..

This company is a scam and I fell for it..contacted fraud section of my bank so my bank card had to be destroyed straight away.Delete email.. mark as spam..despicable company to good to be true!!

Rip of merchants tried to scam me by selling fake clothing had to stop payment, get card reissued and change all details etc, avoid at all costs!

Absolute con. Luckily my bank has stopped the payment. Shame on you Instagram for allowing these companies to advertise.

Saw an ad on Instagram which was a north Face zip up hoodie. Copied and pasted the description into Google, revealed the exact hoodie, with exact photos and model just without the North Face branding. No where else online is the item a north Face item but miraculously on Twinlkevm it’s North Face. Stay away from this fake item selling website

Very dodgy company. Don't go anywhere near this company. You'll regret it.
