Same operator as Twins-special.com and several other sites.
Unfortunately this is a known scam operator but I was unaware at the time of ordering $300 of gear.
Have not received any tracking number and they won't respond to emails. If you look for reviews you will see the same scam repeated hundreds of times. Heed the many other warnings and bad reviews about this scam.

Once you make payment he will delay you for weeks, then months, making excuses and promising discounts but by the time you try and make chargeback with your bank, you are too late and the bank can't do anything.
