A great flavour,goid price, great delivery

Superb tea as always..A cut above every loose leaf earl grey tea I've tried before.

I was staying at a hotel and had a choice of teas for my cream tea. On offer was banana shake tea. A little dubious but worth the try. Im so glad I did. It was so lovely have ordered from the company and ordered a box of twist matcha. I also got a sample of their To Mother with Love. I cannot describe the taste and smell, it needs to be tried. Fresh, no sugar or milk just lovely...yes I am hooked

My order was dispatched very promptly. I find the website a bit cumbersome and thus 4 stars not 5.

Wonderful selection of herbal teas, best teas on the market, in my opinion. The mint teas are so delicious and love the very different range of flavours. Great fast delivery of my order.

I love Twist teas. The chocolate rooibus blend is my nightime treat. The only company that makes one that actually tastes chocolatey. Parcels always delivered swiftly and I really look forward to unwrapping the turquoise tissue paper with my tea treats.

So I will start by saying the teas are lovely! They are nice size tea bags and I always want to use the biggest cup I have for brewing them - so I can enjoy more! Flavours were interesting and ultimately delicious so yum!
However, they are VERY pricey for what they are. I have sampled a lot of teas from lots of different company’s- being raised in the industry and enjoying fine teas myself, I was excited when I tried this for the first time. So I got the sample pack which worked out at £16 (so around £1.34 per tea bag) PLUS £6 delivery which totalled at £24, meaning for 12 tea bags in the sample, this worked out at £2 a tea bag - which is a bit of a gamble when you’re taste testing flavours!
On top of that the packaging for that price was very basic, i expected it to be a little more luxurious, they have personalised labels which is a nice touch but the samples were just thrown in this little flat box loosely, so I think there is so much potential for these to be presented better (box wise) for the cost - especially if these were a gift.
The teas are delicious and I like the idea of sampling different flavours however am discouraged from buying again mainly for the hefty delivery cost on top of an initially well priced tea bag and the rather basic packaging.
