We've always loved tea. There's nothing like it to lift the spirits and raise a smile, whether alone or with others, out and about or in the comforts of your own home. In January 2017, we decided to do something really innovative for lovers of tea and set about creating a range of the finest whole leaf teas, herbs and fruits, blended to delight taste buds and bring a smile to its drinkers. Frankly, we were a little underwhelmed by the teas available in the supermarkets (and a little disappointed to learn that even the cutesy, more expensive brands are invariably just owned by the massive brands anyway.) Our blends are full of little surprises that make them different. An additional ingredient with a functional benefit…or an unconventional flavour pairing that transforms something nice into something spectacular. A tea that’s specifically designed to be drunk cold or one that tastes so good it must be bad (but isn’t). We like to think of them as Blends With Benefits. Now, we have a range of over 40 delicious, healthy and innovative blends that are available direct through our website, and in cafes, restaurants, hotels, offices and independent retailers all over the UK. Whether you need something to get you started, boost your energy or help you sleep, whether you want a guilt-free treat without calories for yourself or a healthy drink for the children, try tea with a Twist.

Twist Teas is exemplary

Twist Teas is a company that other U.K. businesses should try to emulate. A quality, innovative product is just one aspect - an essential one of course, as this is the only peppermint and camomile teas that my wife will now drink! But the other ‘little things’ are worthy of praise too: the personalised hand-written card from the team thanking me for my order; the mobile phone numbers of the founders should I want to raise any issues with them; the genuinely friendly, good-humoured member of staff who answered my phone call and helped me to amend an existing online order to take advantage of a seasonal promotion before it was shipped; the delivery logistics that kept me advised of where my package was, as well as the physical packaging that ensured my tea package arrived looking like a gift. Tea drinking is a daily aspect of our day, but Twist Teas makes it feel that bit more special, perhaps as it was always intended to be.

I wish Twist Teas great success as this is precisely the kind of company that deserves to excel in a crowded market, and where, in my opinion, the premium price is totally justified. An exemplary U.K. business to support.

Teas are fab!

Teas are fab, service seems really good. Quick replies to communications. Nicely packaged with a hand written note with my order. A very nice touch.

Lovely and thoughtful packaging

Lovely and thoughtful packaging, everything came in great condition and they even included a handwritten note and free sample. The tea is delicious and I would 100% recommend!
