fantastic service

Phoned for technical advice put through to sales and was all here next day,made a mess of my order through misunderstanding and was rectified straight away .If just all companies service was like this

not impressed ! Martin bourke

the person I talked to when placing the order was not friendly. She asked me to spell my name 6 times !! I eventually said this is getting hard work. After she had took my card details, she just hung up No thanks etc, or details of how much the order was in total and what I had eventually bought. Im very disappointed. I have order from you before in the past although she could not find details of past orders.. When I called for tec advice they where spot on.

TFX meet my clients needs

Why spend thousands using 'specialist damp proofing contractors' when Twistfix products meet the need at a fraction of the cost - their quote for £15,000 was bettered by £200 of TFX damproofing cream and £300 of labour - TFX wins

Takes a bit of getting used to !

Tried this product for the first time but found that I had to drill a pilot hole into the timber to start the screw off. I suppose it depends on how 'soft' your softwood is to begin with ?
You should pack any uneven spots out first because the screws do not allow for adjustment; once they're in, that's it !
Seems to save time and appears to give a solid fixing.

Absolutely brilliant but more info would help

These are quick and effective and solid as a rock. I could not find the load specification on the internet. I would like to use these in structural situations and therefore need there shear performances in different types of thermal block

fast delivery

Good delivery service, only down side the damp proof cream doesn't go anyway as far as stated on the website, half as far if your lucky.
