I was recommended TWG Medics by a family member and initially assumed they were reputable. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.

Communication was poor from the start—I contacted them via WhatsApp and had to chase repeatedly before finally speaking to the owner, Stephen. He promised to confirm a date for my injections, but I had to follow up multiple times before anything was arranged.

On the day of the appointment, no one turned up. When I called to find out what happened, Stephen was dismissive and nonchalant, offering no real explanation or apology.

This level of service is unacceptable. It is very difficult to trust a company that treats potential clients with such disregard. I absolutely do not recommend TWG Medics.

Really enjoyed the First Aid Course. Our instructor Tom made you feel relaxed and explained everything really well. The course was very informative and you leave feeling confident to help people who may require First Aid. Knowing that simple actions can save lives!

TWJ Response Medical supplied first aid training for all my employees which I also attended and took part in. My staff and myself all really enjoyed the course and all came away very happy and very knowledgeable as the training team really did pull out all stops to make sure all my team fully understood but at the same time enjoyed their day. Highly recommend!

I did my Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work certificate with TWJ Response Medical. The course was really well delivered, it was kept interesting and interactive which had my complete attention. The trainers were lovely, friendly, welcoming and professional with a wealth of knowledge to share with the group. The course was kept relevant and was a really enjoyable experience. I’d highly recommend TWJ training and I’d definitely book again to update my first aid in the future.
