Unprofessional Execution & Poor Delivery Experience
We engaged Advista Films for a model and product shoot. While initial discussions were smooth, the execution was highly unprofessional.
Shoot dates were repeatedly postponed at the last minute, deliverables were delayed by over a month, and communication was poor throughout. The photography was average, and the editing did not meet basic professional standards.
Payment demands also deviated from agreed terms, creating unnecessary confusion.
Overall, considering their pricing, the service is unjustifiable. Would not recommend.

I would like to formally address your recent feedback and clarify the scope and delivery of the project.
As per our email communication, the agreed deliverables for the 29 SKUs included 5–6 professionally edited photos per SKU along with 1 product reel video (20–25 seconds each).
We successfully executed the shoot over 3 days, and the final delivery exceeded the committed scope. The total content delivered to you includes:
576 Edited Photos
59 Creative Photos
190 White Background Product Photos
150 Family/Lifestyle Photos
Total Edited Deliverables: 975 Photos
Additionally, all RAW photos and video footage were shared with you on time, with final edited deliverables completed within the committed 10 working days.
Regarding your concern about delays or incomplete work, we respectfully disagree, as all deliverables were completed and handed over as per the agreed timeline and scope.
We would also like to highlight that after a gap of 2–3 months post project completion, there was a request for an additional shoot involving a few products. As this falls outside the original project scope and timeline, it cannot be considered part of the same assignment.
We regret missing a few of your calls during that period, as I was out of station, but this does not reflect the execution or completion status of the original project.
We take our professional commitments seriously and maintain transparent communication throughout all our projects. We kindly request you to review the entire communication and delivery records from the project duration.
In light of the above, we request you to reconsider and revise your feedback, as it does not accurately represent the work delivered and the timelines honored.
We remain open to discussing this further and resolving any genuine concerns.
