Brilliant - order arrived within 5 days

Excellent and arrived quicker than I expected. Ordered 25kg Suet Pellets on Monday 31st Jan afternoon, received instant notification of order and payment. Then DHL kept me up to date about delivery and Package arrived this afternoon (Friday 3rd Feb)

No indication of ETA and long delays

No indication of an ETA for order on 16.01.22 so e-mailed with reply that being dealt with at warehouse and received on 27.01.22 and my guess that might have waited longer if I had not e-mailed. For very little more one can get delivered within 3 days with AN Other

Ordered 17 jan..no email confirmation

Ordered 17 jan..no email confirmation. I've emailed them, no response. Their social media accounts have not posted for years. No customer service. No goods. Calling Barclaycard today to get my money back.

Great product at a good…

Great product at a good price.Unfortunately their customer service is non-existent.I have e-mailed and received no reply,tried phoning and couldn`t get an answer and tried live chat which is never available.Instead it says leave a message which i have done and am still awaiting an answer.For this reason i shan`t be using them again as i`m a bit concerned if i have a problem with my order and can`t get in touch with them to resolve it. I notice others have had this problem You need to buck your ideas up Twootz.

I'm only giving one star as I don't think I can give 0. Ordered fat balls and seed, no confirmation, have emailed twice, phoned tried to contact on Facebook no nothing except Worldpay have taken my money. I'm never using them again, terrible company, not sure they even exist anymore.

My god twootz

TODAY MY BIRD FOOD WAS DELIVERED. IT WAS WONDERFULLY PACKAGED AND IM HAPPY WITH PURCHASE. HOPEFULLY TWOOTZ ARE HAVING A SHORT GLITCH WITH THEIR ADMIN DEPT. SO THEY CANT STAY IN TOUCH WITH CUSTOMERS BY EMAIL OR TELEPHONE. ON MY N3XT ORDER I WILL TRY TO HAVE MORE PATIENCE.

THANKFULLY IVE JUST HAD FIRST COMMUNICATION ON MY ORDER THAT WAS FROM DHL SAYING THEY WILL DELIVER MY ORDER ON MONDAY 17Th. GOOD NEWS, IF ONLY TWOOTZ WOULD HAVE CONFIRMED THEY HAD RECEIVED MY ORDER PAID TO WORLDPAY AND THEY WERE WORKING ON MY ORDER. THEN I NEED NOT HAVE WORRIED AND GAVE A NEGATIVE REVIEW. I WILL UPDATE AS SOON AS I GET MY ORDER.

My god twootz, you might soon be out of business, I’m awaiting confirmation of over £40 worth of seed for the poor garden birds. (They are the ones made to suffer because of your lack of professionalism) If you can’t communicate, confirm or deliver my order it’s the last £40 I will pay to you.

Disgusting service

Order not even dispatched 12 days after ordering. No response, no emails, nothing. No wonder they have come off Amazon as they are required by Amazon to dispatch and deliver items on time. Worst company I have dealt with

Avoid this company

My previous reviews were good because Twootz used to be good. Now, the company is a disgrace. I ordered the incorrect product. Misread it. They offer returns, they say. Maybe so if you can speak to anyone. I'd like to know if anyone has been able to get a hold of anyone from Twootz !! I phoned a number of times the past week, left messages. No reply. I have emailed a good few times over the past week too, no reply. Its like they don't care about their customers and dont care about keeping them. Well, after all these years, they have lost me. I wont be buying from them again. If there is a problem there is NO ONE to speak to. Plenty of other companies who treat people with respect , who WANT to keep their customers. . Not Twootz.

Latest order disappointing

Always been good in the past, but latest order of fat balls very disappointing. They turned black in the rain, & when I came to open the second box they had turned blue & moldy. Contacted Twootz with photos & haven't even had a response. Won't be buying from them again.

Disappointing

Normally very good, but latest order was well below par. Large bag of sunflower seeds normally in biodegradable sack now in very unfriendly plastic bag. Not good.

Also, on the same order, two large boxes of fatballs which normally ship taped together had obviously been dropped from height and the lower box was crushed. Saved perhaps half but the rest were powdered junk.

You need to pull your socks up, guys.

Out of stock but nobody let me know.

It is now 16 days from the date of my original order and I have not received the items. I contacted Twootz after 8 days and they said they were out of stock, but this wasn't made clear when I placed my order - I was actually informed that I would get it within 3 working days. The items were apparently due in "this week", but this week has been and gone and still nothing. If I hadn't contacted the company I would have been left in the dark as well as left without my items.

My first order experience with Twootz.com

I placed an order for suet pellets from Twootz.com on 22 July and paid using World Pay, who sent me a receipt straight away. However, I heard nothing from Twootz to indicate that my order had been received and was being processed. By Monday 26th July I was starting to wonder if the company was legitimate, so I did a Google search and I read the appalling reviews on this website. The negative reviews spooked me, so I immediately phoned them. No reply/response. I sent an email to the address given on their website. No response. The day after, out of the blue, I received an email from DPD saying they had received the item and it would be delivered the following day. Sure enough, first thing this morning (28 July) DPD delivered a huge package containing the items that I'd ordered. I am delighted with the quality of the goods.
In retrospect, I would say that I am perfectly happy with the service and quality of goods from Twootz. I agree, their customer communication needs to be addressed, if only to provide reassurance to customers' queries. But otherwise, I am quite happy with the six days between ordering and receiving the goods. I will definitely be ordering from Twootz again in the future with the knowledge that the very competitive price they charge more than makes up for the slightly longer time for delivery. I rated Twootz.com with four stars only because their communication needs to be improved - otherwise I would be rating them with all five stars

Customer NO-SERVICE

I made an order on the 15th June and have still not received it.I've tried every form of contact with no success and am totally frustrated.How they are in business baffles me, beyond words!!!

Ordered x3 12.75kg of fat balls

Ordered x3 12.75kg of fat balls - mixture of Mealworm & Original - Did have to chase order but only once and got a reply straight away and order was delivered a few days after that.
The products seem to be a hit with the birds big & small and seems to have drawn in species i have never really had in the garden and they are getting through the 12 balls per day i leave out and the flow is constant.

Will def order again from here

Money taken but product not in stock.....

I've ordered from Twootz on several occasions and the products are great, loved by the birds and I love the price. Unfortunately, either the delivery tends to be slow or, which has just happened to me, they accept your order, take your money and don't tell you the items are out of stock until you contact them 5 days later to query where your items are! The live chat is never available but they do get back to you via email which is something - get your act together twootz otherwise you will be losing a loyal customer!!!!

peanuts not fit to eat for birds

Orerderd peanuts and had to wait over10 days to get them ,i did phone and emaild tem several times but had no reply ,they do not pick the phone up at all payd over £38 for the peanuts and they look more than 10 years od the birds would not eat them at all ,so as they were Dawn Corus peanuts i phoned them and they did seem helpfull but after telling me that they would get back to me with in the day ha ha ,no they did not get back to me ,so do not buy peanuts from Twootz or Dawn Corus both are unreliable dont wast your money
