TwoWheelHaven.com looks good but feels scamy

The site looks very good and prices are very competitive. It has an HTTPS site so I bought a rear rack for my bike. I'm glad I printed the sale page. It's the only record I have.
I did not receive a receipt for the sale on-line or in my provided email (including junk folder).
I checked for website credentials and discovered EVERYTHING is listed as private. There is no contact info. My bank accnt has not been charged but I'm canceling the card just in case.
