I ordered a youngman work stand from TW tool when it came the wrapper was ripped and the the paint was all chipped off and when I opened the legs on the stand there was damage on them and I didn't see it at first and it cut my hand open, there was a shard of metal sticking up as if something had been dropped on it you could plainly see that this work stand had been used and they had the cheek to say all our products are new, I have all the close up pictures of the state they sent this out I had to send it back and wait for another one Which has also got chips to yellow yellow paint if they say it's not there fault I will contact youngman company and ask if that's the way they send there products out I have been told to claim compensation from TW TOOL for the bad cut to myself they are a disgrace they had all the pictures and couldn't ask if I was ok with the cut I received to my hand I won't by buying off them again and would advice others to do the same they didn't even rush themselves to send another one out or even apologise for my injury's I am thinking of taking legal advice for the bad cut to my hand I have all the evidence on the pictures and witness's
