We order 7 pens all the same size, we received 7 pens all different sizes… attempted to contact support to get it resolved and found there to be no way to contact about orders

We have not received any contact from you, but we are more than happy to remedy the issue if you use the 'contact us' link on our webshop (find it in the footer of any page on the website.) We always fix any issue we have caused for our customers! I hope we have the chance to fix yours. I would fix it without needing you to contact us, but I am not sure of the specifics (for example, the order contained 2 different sizes of pens, but you say you ordered pens all of the same size) so we need clarification. Contact us!
