I recently placed an order for three pictures totaling £397, but afterwards realised I was around 17 miles outside the delivery radius. This was completely my oversight.
The company contacted me and explained that delivery would cost £35, or I could collect the items. Given the cost of fuel and the overall expense, I decided to cancel the order. It also wasn’t an easy decision to justify the purchase to my partner, who wasn’t keen on the pictures anyway.
They cancelled the order without any hassle, which I really appreciated given the circumstances.

Excellent service. On making an order online, I received an immediate confirmation email and the item was dispatched later the same day. (Good value P&P - 48hrs Tracked Royal Mail) The clock was in the sale at a great price and carefully packed, arriving safely two days later. Thank you!

I recently used this store for the first time and was delighted with the excellent customer care they provided. There was a mix up with my order and I received someone else’s item. Having contacted customer services at Tyler’s, a lady called Helen immediately sent me a message to reassure me that this would be sorted out and what the process would involve. There was also a personal footnote from her which was totally unexpected and was greatly appreciated. Everything was sorted out very quickly and I received my order which I was delighted with. Overall my internet shopping experience with Tyler’s was very good indeed.

We have shopped at Tyler’s for many many years and the customer experience has always been gold standard. The staff are extremely polite and accommodating which goes a long way today. The girls in the coffee shop are a credit to the company and always do their very best to provide a polite and smiling service. The food and drink is best quality at a reasonable price and served with a smile and a few kind words. No matter what department we have visited
the girls are always keen to assist and go out of their way to check in the stock room if it’s not on display. As loyal customers a store like Tyler’s is hard to find and should be greatly appreciated .

I purchased a pair of Swarovski earrings online in the January Sale, the service was fantastic and they arrived very quickly.

Ordered a sofa and chair way back in August knowing it would be at least a 12 week wait. Glad I did as the quality is fabulous and well worth the wait.
The service from the furniture dept staff was great especially the young man I dealt with regularly ( apologies I forgot his name ). Covid meant it was difficult for them to deliver on time but he kept me in the loop and continued to chase the order untill I received it.

You don't often get personal service on a web based shop, but my first experience with Tylers provided just that. They couldn't locate the 'one only' thing I had ordered, so phoned to offer an alternative within a short time of the order being placed. Brilliant!
