My phone was absolutely saturated in water. They repaired my phone within a day, changing 4 components inside for the cheapest price I’ve ever seen for such a complicated job, honestly these guys are amazing I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I thought my phone was a goner but they saved it, honestly they’re amazing and so smart!

I took my iPhone 11pro in for full backing replacement due to damage from dropping it. The customer service was outstanding and I got my phone back fully repaired and looking pristine within 4 hours. Ali was very professional and courteous so I would definitely highly recommend this business.

Took less then 20 munites and very cheap other places told me £60 they get it done that quick with only £20 cant recommend them enough best repair shop in newcastle

Great service from the guys at Tyne Tech. Screen replacement for a 2019 MacBook Pro completed in great time and for an extremely competitive price relative to the one I was quoted at the Genius Bar. Will be coming to them for all further tech repairs and would encourage anybody to do the same.

Phone was repaired by Cash today and was a brilliant service. I work in NHS and have a blue light card and realised I could of asked for a discount but wouldn't even have the cheek to use as he was so cheap anyway! Especially compared to his competitors, and I'm talking like a £100 cheaper which is no small change. Not only that it was a really quick service. I literally dropped my phone off in my lunch hour and had it back by the time I finished work. They even put a screen saver on my phone for me free of charge! Excellent service, couldn't fault a thing. Well done guys

Took my laptop here after a previous company had managed to send it back with the battery not working and having to keep entering date each time I used , , also put my grandsons PS4 in , both items sorted at a terrific price, Kash knows his stuff , polite , does not rip you off, keeps you informed and great value, wont go anywhere else from now on, thanks so much glad I found you!!

Spot on. Took my phone here as recommended by a friend. They managed to get the bend out of the iPhone and fit in a new screen at a good price. Made the phone like new. You can tell the difference in parts quality and service than other stores. Staff are nice and polite will use again.

These guys rule! Quoted me half the price of other companies and repaired my totally shattered screen in half an hour - it looks and feels brand new - they even asked me to bring my bike into the shop while they were doing it. Had a good chat with them about other repairs and services they offer - I will certainly be using TyneTech again. Very highly recommended.

My old Nokia Asha 300 stopped responding to touch screen. One repairer at the Metro Centre didn’t think it worth fixing.
Tyne Tech agreed to have a go with a spend limit of £20. They sourced and fitted a new screen/digitiser for £20.

Very quick, professional and same day repair service. I was quoted a very reasonable price for the level and speed of service received! I was so impressed. I had an entire new screen and frame installed along with a new camera lens cover on my iPhone 8 Plus for a such a good price. 40 mins repair took them only 30 mins. I travelled a long way for the repair and it was worth every penny and mile travelled. Thank you so much.

These guys were amazingly kind and helpful!!! My phone had got wet in my pocket while it was raining and came up with the blue screen of death... I took it into the shop after and they got it working back to normal within about 15 minutes!! And they didn't even charge me! :) I know a lot of places probably would have done so I really appreciated this and just how kind and friendly they were. Thank you so much, I'll definitely be coming back here for any other problems I have! :)
