I'm really sorry to hear your delivery has been delayed – that’s not the experience we want for our customers. Your order was shipped from us on July 29 and received by Instabox the same evening. Normally, delivery happens the next working day, but in this case it's been delayed until August 4.
Unfortunately, we haven’t received any information from the carrier about the cause, but it's likely due to high volumes and limited summer staffing. We completely understand your frustration and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
We’re in ongoing dialogue with Instabox and will raise this issue with them – but more importantly, we hope your package arrives tomorrow and that you’ll be happy with the products once they arrive!

Kanelbulle proteingrot
Most of their products are really nice; their creatine, clear whey, the casein and usually their proteingrot. But the quality of the last 2 bags of kanelbulle proteingrot were horrible. Emailed them and didn’t get any respond. Would expect a bit more from such a big company..

I purchased the strawberry icecream protein powder and the chocolate pancakes. The protein powder is great but the chocolate pancakes really pleasantly surprised me! They were delicious and a great alternative if you do like the odd sweet treat.
