Took my car in to have tyres changed from summer to winter tyres. Very efficient service and not restricted to doing the work if the tyres had not been bought from them, which a couple of the competitors do. I don't want to be tied to one company.

I visited the Christchurch branch of Tyre City (Kwikfit) on the 8th November. The manager, Dave, had previously ordered and put aside two tyres of my choice for my Skoda Yeti.

Dave gave me sound advice about the state of the front two tyres, in particular, whether they could be relied upon for a safe journey to Yorkshire in December? I knew the tyres, which were over three years old, were close to their useful limit and we agreed that it would be the safer option to fit the two new tyres without delay.

The work was carried out at an appointed time later in the same afternoon. The tracking was also checked and was found to be quite a way out, so this was corrected.

The work was carried out efficiently while I waited. The manner of Dave and his staff was both courteous and friendly. Information (about tracking and tyre wear generally) was given when requested and the billing was fully explained. I think the cost was reasonable, given the work carried out.

I am left feeling totally satisfied with the service offered by Christchurch Tyre City and I will continue to take my custom there, as and when the need arises.

I went there yesterday as I had a nail in my tyre to be told that they wouldn’t replace one they would have to replace all four at a cost of £645 due to it being a four by four car. Had no budgets in stock only premium tyres. Then told one of my back tyres needs to be done as it was going bald and cracking. Only to go to Ablefit for another opinion to pay £69 one tyre and was told all other tyres were fine!

Tyre City Coventry, behind Halfords off the Foleshill Road is a 5 star to me. I was treated with the utmost courtesy and respect by the Supervisor (Gurlip) and he went above and beyond to assist me. His customer skills are a delight to see at 1st hand as nothing was too much trouble for him and his team. This is a place I will most certainly come back to.

I telephoned ahead and after providing the relevant details I was advised the tyres would need to be ordered and be ready for fitting around 1pm. I arrived at the centre around 1.20 and spoke with Mike. Mike stated that the tyres hadn’t arrived and after I mentioned our earlier conversation he denied providing me with a time. Things get delayed I get that completely but I’m not going to do business with dishonest individuals.

I can’t speak highly enough of the team at Tyre City in Lichfield.
I turned up for a puncture repair but unfortunately Tyre City didn’t have the tyre I needed in stock.
But what they did do is look after me and supply me with help and support the whole way through, whilst I waited for a Recovery Vehicle to turn up.
Nothing was too much trouble they rang ahead and ordered the tyre for the following day. Thank you guys.

Excellent service. Rang 830, dropped car off on way to work picked up after , all sorted. I had a nail in one tyre , driven it flat as in road works. 2 new tyres , breaks checked and all for a reasonable price. Wayne and team very helpful .

I very rarely write reviews but recently I have had such exceptional service from Tyre City in Caversham I wanted to share the experience. Whether it's an MOT, new tyres or an ad-hoc fix (all of which I've had in the last 2 months) they go above and beyond. Every single member of staff is polite, friendly and knows what they're doing. They are not pushy but will give you options which I like. I will use them whenever I need their type of services - no need to go elsewhere. Really impressed.

While driving home one Friday afternoon recently approaching Bromsgrove at about 5 pm, my exhaust blew. I managed to reach Tyre City in Bromsgrove by 5 10pm and asked for help with no expectations knowing that they closed at 6. A new exhaust had to be brought from the supplier which they sent with a man on his way home..The part was fixed and I was on my way by 5 50pm. I was amazed and absolutely over the moon by this fantastic and quick service.

While visiting my niece in Harrow, I suffered track rod end damage, I needed to get back to Cheshire and called into Hendon TC, where Colin and Lotay were superb, sourced parts required/fitted and got me back on the road. Saved the day!

Like anyone else I have had enough bad experience with mechanics and doctors! but today met a guy named Dan in Sutton Tyre city branch who was genuinely awesome. He was direct, simple and very kind. I had to changed my tyres as soon as possible and was stressed by someone else but he came to the rescue with smile on his face all time. He helped me with the price as well by taking out unnecessary services and charges.

Popped in a few weeks ago as had a tyre pressure issue. The team fit me and and had a look at the tyre and put some air in it for free. Jordan, Rob and Stu are always so polite and give me all the information and options available to fix the issues I've had.

Needed both front tyres replacing so dropped in on my way home from work in the afternoon. Friendly helpful staff. Got sorted immediately, quick service and reasonable prices, can’t ask for more. Used Tyre City with my last car and will use them again.

Drove into the Stafford Road branch today just before 2pm today, as a dreadful noise had appeared coming from my rear tyre. I was greeted by Rob who instantly drove my car into the workshop and on a ramp, only to find the rear coil spring had gone. He didn't insist, but recommended I had both sides done. He gave me a price, ordered the parts and told me the car would be ready by 4.30. I was extremely impressed to receive a phone call from him at 3.40 to say the car was all done and ready to be collected. A very big thank you to Rob, Dan and Stu for sorting the problem out for me immediately and efficiently. I use TyreCity for tyres and MOT and would highly recommend these guys to anyone, their Customer Service is always 1st class!! Thanks again guys

Called tyre city as I damaged my tyre and spoke to operations manager Steve Cole very polite and friendly on the phone asked to take my car to get it checked
They had to order my new tyre so put my spare on for me all the staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help they definitely go above and beyond jordon , Danny and Stu and Steve thank you for the great service would highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Recent visit to Luton branch, after motorway blowout on a trailer. From 1st phone contact to the actual visit and subsequent purchase, were a fantastic experience. Stephen on reception couldn’t have been more helpful, especially in the circumstances and all the crew involved were helpful, polite, sympathetic and friendly.
This made a nightmare scenario into a break in our 3 hour journey.
Even the price was a great surprise, not something I’ve ever said about tyre replacement before!!
Thanks once again for the service, I have made sure everyone I talk to, knows about your company and my experience.

Had sudden low pressure on tyre. Great friendly service. They pulled a nail out and plugged the whole, then checked all of our other tyres. No charge. Friendly service by Jamie.
