All orders normally have tracking information available. If you have not already done so, please open a ticket with our service after-sales team via your customer account so our agents can check your shipment status and investigate this issue quickly.
Ordered tyres and they were cancelled…
Ordered tyres and they were cancelled without reason, had to go and chase them up as to why, stock was wrong.
I’m now down 240euro and waiting on refund from them to buy tyres somewhere else.
Not even an offer to try source similar tyres for me or any help at all.
Need to wait for my refund to afford tyres anywhere else.
Really annoyed over it.

Couldn't get these through my local…
Couldn't get these through my local tyre centre so ordered them direct and shipped to the tyre centre. They arrived in 6 days from France to Ireland. Great price too and shipping cost included in the price. If I'd bought last gen tyre via the tyre centre I would have paid an extra €200 on the set of four tyres. If you want Michelin Primacy 5 Energy you can get them here.

Would not return when Tyreleader delivered the wrong tyres
Ordered tyres correctly, wrong size were delivered, tried to get these returned and was refused as labels were off the tyres, even though the tyres were never used. Garage took the packaging off to fit the tyres realised they were wrong and couldn't fit. Was told they would be returned initially but then when no labels were available Tyreleader wouldn't return or replace leaving me with 2 brand new but useless tyres.

We are sorry to read about this situation. If the tyres delivered did not match the size ordered, we understand how frustrating it is to then face difficulties with the return because the labels had been removed by the garage before the mismatch was noticed.
As you have already contacted our after-sales team, we will have your complaint prioritised internally so your case can be reviewed again as quickly as possible, taking into account your explanation that the tyres were not used or fitted.
