I was just handed my keys after I approached them when they continued there conversation after the mechanic had already gave my keys almost 5mins before I got them. I wasn't emailed a receipt or offered to have one printed while I was there.

Just brilliant!
Had a blown tyre due to large unavoidable pothole in bucketing rain. Slow leak. Andy was very helpful after another dealer wanted to sell me 4 new tyres. "Cant have different brands he said" We have Pirellis all round, so dump newish Pilellis and put 4 China tyres on...yeah right. We rang, explained situation to Andy that we needed to be back in Brisbane next night.
Pulled up, he recognised the car (Skoda Superb wagon) waved us straight in immediately and started on the tyre. Called me over, showed me where the steel belts had broken. Grabbed a new tyre and within a few minutes fitted and balanced it.
In and out within 30 minutes.
Outstanding service and excellent pricing.

Great Service
I was early, and was going to wait for the job to be done as I had no other transport. They took the car in and were done within half an hour.
Staff offered a coffee or tea.
Excellent service, can feel the difference with the new tyres.
Couldn't be happier :)

No Tyres and No Refund
Tyres could not be supplied and money hasn’t been refunded. Still waiting and I am going to have to make zip pay payments until I get my refund even though I couldn’t even get tyres. Have rung 4 times and am still waiting for refund

The price they charge to 4 wheel alignment n fitting n balancing I asked if they included gold lining of my new tyres for the price n they said no.
So disappointed 😞 😔.

Staff were polite and friendly, car went straight in when I arrived and tyres were swapped out quickly.
Tyres were well priced (4 for price of 3), and no hard sell for extras.
