Very good landlords!
They are accessible, professional and friendly.
I've just been a tenant with Tyrone & Lauren for 7 months. They have been so helpful, quick to resolve any issues in the house.

Moved into a shared property in January , had issues within the house but the landlords got that sorted, there were repairs that needed doing and they were done within a reasonable timeframe. I moved out as there was an awkward atmosphere within the house and I didn’t feel comfortable. I did discuss my issues with the landlords and they did try and resolve it.

Tyrone and Lauren properties have given me a positive experience in the time I've living here, any issues and concerns have been dealt with in a reasonable timeframe. Both are professional and polite, they take pride in their work and have delivered a good service. I would recommend them, they are honest, will build trust with you and are helpful.

I got a beautiful property through them. They are very nice and always available on call.

Both TY and Lauren were the first people to give me a home based on trust because they believed everyone deserves a place to lay their heads in the cold. They were young but showed qualities of experienced leadership and commitment to their properties and tenants. I would personally recommend them any day anytime because there’s no reason why not. I’m not saying there hasn’t been delays in some situations but their quick response and DIY’s to make you comfortable until the issue is sorted is one in a million. If you are someone who isn’t rushing in life and are really looking to rent and rest easy TLP is the best solution for you

Don’t think they know what they are doing I’ve reported repairs within the house and it gets sorted but it’s very delayed as in like it gets sorted 3/4 weeks after. Truth is they don’t want to spend the money to resolve the issues so they try everything else possible until they actually get a contractor out . I’ve only been here a month so I’ll see how it goes and give a positive review if anything changes
Also they’ve only got 1 review on here which says a lot.

Found an amazing property with good amenities. I will consult with them for all my future property searches.
