Lovely products and great customer service. Responded to my enquiry very quickly and parcel arrived as promised. Quality of poncho towels excellent and everything presented and packaged really well. Very good value for money. I had already returned a poncho towel to Amazon because it was poor quality and more expensive than the one I subsequently purchased from Tyrrel Katz. A real find!
Order was sent really quickly. When problem occurred with Royal Mail delivering parcel to unknown address customer services answered our e mail for help right away. They quickly confirmed that if our parcel didn’t arrive they would replace it right away. Thankfully parcel was located but very grateful for the help.
