1st: The package was left in the wrong mailbox. It took me days to find it.
2nd: The jacket I bought is not at all what I expected. The quality is very poor. It's way different from what the website is showing.
3/ I asked for a refund, and Tyzal offered me... 9 dollars !! The jacket is 6 times more expensive.

My dress order was delivered roughly when said. The dresses are as described and shown online. The multicoloured dress is size S and fits really well. The green dress is size M and just fits. So size’s definitely vary in fit. Material is quite fine and very light. For the money the dresses are satisfactory without being outstanding.

Do not buy from this disgraceful company! Bought a dress which was too small and have sent numerous emails trying to get a refund - they offer such feeble amounts in compensation!!! I paid £50 and they offered £7 in compensation!! Absolutely disgusting .. I feel l like many others have been treated so unfairly as a customer!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! SCAMMERS 🤬
