My Third U-Mask

This is my third U-Mask. I am delighted they managed to get an FFP certification. This is printed nearly everywhere on the mask, on the package and stated in the instuction paper.
It was unfortunate they did not have a real certification so I had to wear a standard mask for a long time.

The best

For me U-masks are the best. Ordered already my third model. Now, with the ffp2-print and the CE-number on it, they are accepted in Germany, too. Good thing!
They are comfortable and I am feeling safe with them.
Love them.

Spend over a £120 on masks and they've…

Spend over a £120 on masks and they've still not been received several weeks later.
If you pre-order something you dxpect to receive on the release date.
It's been 3 weeks since u placed my order, I received a dispatch notification a week ago, yet the tracking shows the parcel hasn't even beeb collected.
I have complained multiple times to customer services as these were ordered for my holiday, but they simply don't care and just make excuses. I won't be ordering again.

The mask arrived quickly and the new…

The mask arrived quickly and the new wider size is a better fit to my ears, without pulling them forward. I would still like see a slightly longer one that will cover from my chin to just under my eyes, so I can talk easily while wearing it and also put my glasses on the outside of it, to clamp it to my face so my glasses don’t steam up.

Carrier is trying to charge me $25 duty…

Carrier is trying to charge me $25 duty on a mask that is exempt from duty due to covid.

Never buy umask until they change carriers from dhl or offer an alternative.

U-masks 10 days later and still no hope. Awful service

They were supposed to be delivered 19th April and it is now 29th April and still no sight of ever receiving them. Absolutely disgraceful.
