a lot of paypoints do not upload with cash und other paypoints in my area Nottinghill comes with the answer "system error" like COOP

I have no issues with my banking since switching to U Account. I feel free to do what I want with my money without any crazy fees. I am always contacted if there are any changes via email, and they notify you on the app which is just so easy to use too. I would also like to mention that, they accepted me for an account at a time I had made lots of financial mistakes and needed a fresh start, I needed a simple account no loans, no over draft, just my wages go in, my bills come out.

Very good service from u account also great to just put the amount of money on card you want to use pay as you go.

Brilliant, I've had no trouble with this account. I don't use high street banks anymore.my only criticism is the lack of a customer services number to call if something does go wrong.

An absolute awesome bank. I find it very helpful and I can do everything I need to do online. Customer service is amazing.

My U account is an excellent way to budget. Without the fear or burden of the excessive interest of a credit card, my U account gives me ownership and control of what I spend without being charged for the privilege of doing so. Whilst using my U card I remain disciplined in terms of how I use my main bank account and can account for the money I spend.

A very efficient service,money sent and received quickly.

This is a good way for me to separate my shopping costs from other bills. Only one hiccup when used the card a few times it declines as needs your PIN number. Took me a search on u account to find it out.

I have found my Uaccount easy to use, pay the ££ in and then use it with your card to pay for items in all sorts of shops - anywhere which accepts visa. Simple:-)

I've been with u account for a couple of years and they have come along great they had a couple of blunders in the beginning but came through the other side and are really good if i could change a couple of things it would be being able to see your balance at an atm and not being charged a pound for every transaction and withdrawal and also that your money goes in at midnight rather than 3:30 am but other than that i would and have recommended them to other people
