Absolutely awful product and customer service! I wrote in a complaint and followed up with a picture to service@Uartify. I get a response: glad you got your package. can you help with a good review and a link to this. There is nothing good about this product. I purchased an apron with a picture on it. The item was waded up in a ball and shoved into a plastic bag. Needless to say, but coming from China leaves plenty of time for wrinkles to set in, several ACROSS THE PICTURE!! The picture itself has a yellow overtone to it. So anything white or skin color has a yellow color to it. I am embarrassed to give this to my grandmother as a memory to my late grandfather. This is completely unacceptable and I would like a refund, but cannot seem to be able to get a response from anyone at this company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! My fault for not looking at the reviews first.

I ordered two photo pillows. The people were very helpful when I accidentally uploaded an incorrect photo and couldn’t get it back off. I received the pillows yesterday and they are wonderful! I will definitely order from them again!

Case is good, but took forever to ship and shipping took too long. I wasn’t aware it would be shipped from China or I’d have went somewhere else.

My phone case arrived this morning - very fast delivery securely packaged.
I now have a gorgeous photo on a very sturdy phone cover so it is clearly mine. Makes me smile every time I look at my phone - I just love it !!

I love that this company is able to make practically any phone case for any phone. The selection of cases for my android phone weren't too good, and no other company that I know of even offers custom cases for it. This company does all that and the case turned out very nice. I will definitely order from here again!

I'm totally into How To Train Your Dragon so I had to order my new a54 Samsung phone case in that theme. When I received the case it was exactly what I wanted. The graphics are clear and sharp and the fit is perfect. What's really great is it's rubbery & flexible which allows for a better grip. My little "pop-up" stand sticks securely to the surface. I highly recommend this cover for everyone. Price ain't too shabby either...👍

I ordered two custom cases for my iPhone 12 Pro Max, and my experience with them has been rather underwhelming. Here's a breakdown of my experience with each case:

Custom for iPhone 12 Pro Max Military Grade Case (1st Case) - ★★★★☆

Initially, I was quite satisfied with this case. It fit my iPhone 12 Pro Max perfectly, and the design was visually appealing. It served its purpose well, and I was content with it. I use it for 2years

Custom for iPhone 12 Pro Max Ultra Candy Case (2nd Case) - ★☆☆☆☆

Expecting a similar level of quality, I decided to switch to my second case. To my disappointment, the size of this case was shockingly larger than my iPhone 12 Pro Max. I could even insert my first case into this second one, highlighting the glaring issue of the ill-fitting design.

Frustrated by this glaring discrepancy, I contacted customer service. They initially offered me a mere $7 coupon code as compensation, which was hardly satisfactory. After I provided photo evidence of the size mismatch, they increased the offer to $9, which still fell short of addressing the issue.

Their final offer was to replace the second case, which seemed reasonable, but here's the catch: I had to pay a hefty $12 shipping fee. This essentially reduced the value of the replacement and left me feeling unsatisfied with the resolution.

In conclusion, my experience with these iPhone 12 Pro Max cases was far from ideal. The customer service experience, while responsive, didn't offer a satisfactory solution, especially when they expected me to bear a significant shipping fee for their design flaw. I won't be taking them up on their offer, and I would think 10x before considering products from this brand again.

I was very Weary at first but decided to give it a shot I went to the web page and Designed my case and paid for it and I was actually amazed it did take a couple days longer than I thought but well worth the wait the case arrived and it is absolutely Beautiful I highly recommend this company

My daughter ordered a personalized wallet with a picture and a quote as a birthday gift.

It took 2 weeks to arrive, and arrived the day before the person's birthday.

She was disappointed to find that although the photo was very nicely done, the quote and the name were not very well done. Some of the letters were only partially imprinted. Obviously, she had no time to do a return, so she had to buy a gold marker to trace over the missing pieces of the letters.

I sent a message to the seller, just to let them know that there were issues so they can correct the problem on other orders. The customer service was very nice, and they did offer a small coupon towards a future purchase, but I declined, since I couldn't be assured that anything else I would buy would be any better quality.

So... long story short...
If all you're getting is photo art, it may be fine, but anything with words imprinted on it may be a waste of money.
