I've been using Ubersuggest for years
I've been using Ubersuggest at least 3 times a week for several years.
There was a problem that caused my project to be lost. Once it was fixed, I was able to recreate the data to input. I met with Daniela with Ubersuggest today, and she was a huge help She helped me enter a new project just to make sure Ubersuggest was working smoothly. She also answered all my questions. I tell a lot of people about Ubersuggest since it works so well and is less expensive compared to other SEO tools.

UK users are getting shortchanged again.
I really love the product and was ready to sign up for the lifetime subscription. However, I noticed that my VPN identifies me as being in Europe, which revealed the stark price differences. It’s frustrating to see that people in other countries are paying almost a third of what we pay in the UK, especially when they are just as well-off. It leaves a disappointing impression to know that there's such a disparity in pricing for same services.

We tried it because of the low cost and Neil Patel's authority around SEO. We found UberSuggest to be far more effective than SEM Rush and other Shopify SEO Apps and at a much more affordable cost.

sneaky charging practices
very sneaky charging, despite cancelling on 02 December TWICE because the first time after doing nothing updated on the billing section like "cancelled subscription" etc... was charged today for a cancelled subscription.

Very Helpful
I'm not a paying customer of Ubersuggest, I simply landed on one of their log posts when I searched an SEO topic and since it invited me to ask any questions, I did. I received a detailed, emailed response in less than 2 days with the option to ask for further information if needed. Which I didn't! In submitting a question, it signs me up for their newsletter, which is quite informative too, and not spammy. Overall, I'm totally impressed with the professionalism of this company.
