Y’all, i recently purchased some of these bendable flexible binders/folders from this brand, and I am very disappointed. The smell.. They genuinely stink SO bad… I wanted to buy something recycled and plant based considering this is my senior year and i don’t want to leave more waste and i was met with this. I refuse to put this in my new backpack because i’m worried it will leave a smell all over my bag. It smells rotten, like something died.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced! Practically nonexistent, if you can even reach them. After sending 3 emails to their customer service with no response, had to do an online search for their number bc none was listed on their site. Called their customer service at 949-209-1609 (5+ times) but kept getting the recorded message stating the person is "unavailable" please leave a message. Finally left 2 messages stating I had already sent 3 emails with no response so please call me regarding the damaged goods I received - NO call back. Finally received a no name email from their customer support ? with no apology of any kind. I replied to their email and here I sit waiting again for a response of some kind from ubrands.com. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
