Lost pin (specific to device) locked out
Lost pin (specific to device) locked me out of my laptop. For three weeks and after many hours wasted on my own research online.
Dad told me to try this computer repair shop (located opposite Hereford's "Primark" store). It doesn't look like a laptop computer repair place from outside, I thought it was just for mobile phones repair.
But take your computer/device in, no appointment necessary (and also open Sunday). I left it with them in the morning and I received a text in the afternoon to collect. Job done.
