The best bank experience

Our appointment with Lorraine was fabulous. Her extensive experience and speed made our time at UBS a complete pleasure. She proposed us incredible family package that gives us benefits we didn't even think about, all at an incredible cost allowing us to actually save money. At the end she even provided us with gifts, a beautiful hat with UBS logo - we love them! Thank you Lorraine, you made our day.

Very experienced, warm welcome

Very experienced, competent and kind staff. Especially “Sabina Kellenberger” - she helped us with several issues without appointment and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
We felt very welcome and found a good solution to all of our banking problems!

Was forced to UBS from CS

Was forced to UBS from CS. In EVERY ASPECT WORSE AND MORE EXPENSIVE. Just cant recommend, there are many others, much more modern, helpful.

Very high costs for everything

Very high costs for everything. Tax report statement. Costs me 1400 dollars. Its nothing to them. Rob your clients. With NO shame. Private banking? They should be ashamed. Transfer money? You cant. You have to email them. When your contact person is on holyday. Forget about it. They own your money. You have 0 controll

UBS doesn't want my CHF 100'000

I have CHF 100'000 that I would like to invest and tried to get a UBS advisor to give me an overview of suitable products. I kept getting passed around from department to department and no one can help.

UBS is an Awful bank

Awful bank, I'm a costumer by UBS since more than 25 years, all of a sudden they put my account on-hold without any known reason or even without notifying me, each time I call the support they tell my something else like "someone will contact me", "we're not able to tell you anything", atc, all my family owns is now on hold and we're not able to pay any monthly receipts or the apartment rent. Approx. one month now since they put my account on-holt and I see only numbers in my account, not able to execute any transaction including the open receipt upon which I got Payments Reminder from a lot of companies with additional fees.
I never expected this from such a huge bank.
