My friend applied weeks ago. Inside the registration deadline. They are heading into week 2 of the course but have not completed her registration yet due to backlog. They are asking her for additional paperwork like birthcerts now. Some of the admin team should attend their business courses
I had an absolutely disgusting experience with them, calling this number 021490 3000 on 24 November 2022 at 10:36, I was asking for some information about the Architecture course program. I did want to know what are you studying in this course /year, how many years is the course, and what modules and courses are you studying there/year. I was in front of my computer and I was asking this extremely rude woman (I can call her a lady) - didn't want to say her name, to give me directions on the website for this information. She didn't want, and seemed very uncomfortable I asked her this information and hang up. :) Never seen something like that in my life and felt so humiliated. Imagine being a student over there...Shame on you.Very, very disappointing.
