Contradictory and Unprofessional Communication

Unfortunately my experience with UCD Innovation Academy was very disappointing. I received contradictory emails within hours of each other regarding my application status, and the communication from the admissions team was inconsistent and unprofessional. At one point I was told my place would be held until the end of September, then suddenly informed the application was cancelled, and later received a generic email treating me as if I was still enrolled.

This lack of clarity and professionalism caused me to lose the opportunity to take part in the programme. I expected much better from such a respected institution.
