SCAM please do not fall for it!
I too stupidly fell for the pop up tent offer and in the end received a pink portable towel they called it, but was a tea towel! I complained numerous times and they did respond to all emails, offering me low % refund and kept increasing it each time and that I could keep the towel and give it as a gift to family or friend and pay just for the shipping as this was who they blamed it on! They knew exactly what they were doing as most people would just give up after a while, but luckily I paid via Paypal who were excellent and refunded my account immediately after i escalated the claim!
Pop Up Tent, Sunglasses instead!
I had to give 1 star in order to give feedback, otherwise it would have been zero.

SCAM
SCAM! 5 weeks ago I ordered a bubble tent and haven’t even received a scabby little towel! Lessons learnt!
Revolting low life company stealing money from people. I won’t be ordering from China ever again as always get ripped off!!!
Disreputable company
Terrible company.
I Bought a pop up tent from...... They took the funds immediately. 3 weeks later I asked why it had not been delivered yet .... they said ‘be patient madam, it’s on its way’
I was Following tracking a week later I saw that the tent had been delivered and SIGNED for. I told the company that this was not true. The told me to ask my local postal distribution office. I did this.
I told them that our house is never empty , we have 2 sheepdogs and the local postman lives next door and other then us there is no one for 1K. The parcel could not have been delivered here without our knowledge.
They asked for the name and address of my distribution office and postman (I gave his first name )
Within hours they then said that they were not responsible for the parcel as it was clearly marked as delivered and had been signed for.
After, maybe 8 more emails they offered 15% refund .... the best they were able to do because they had lost their goods and postage costs !
After 5 more emails 20% the best they were able to do !! Then 25% !! Etc;
Enough !
I recorded a complaint with PayPal and the mail order company reimbursed me in full within the hour .
A final warning. On checking , this company trades under quite a few other name.
AKA .
(I’m not allowed to write the other names, sorry)
You need to check the company address right at the end to see that they are indeed the same people.

Shocking..
Shocking... I ordered the bubble tent - received the portable towel. I wonder if my complaint and request for refund will actually be responded to?
I really do hope it's a genuine mistake and the company will either honour my order (send me the item I actually ordered) or give me a full refund.
There seems to be a growing number of unhappy customers on this thread all with the same complaint.
Does the bubble tent exist???
Stupidly ordered a bubble tent and received a "portable" pink towel!!! Realised very quickly after ordering that it was in all likelihood a scam but insult added to injury when the magic and very expensive towel was received. Do not do business with this company. Would give them zero if I could.

I ordered a bubble tent 5 weeks ago and they sent me a small pink towel. Cost £30. This is ridiculous. How can people get away with this. They say the will sort it but I doubt that will have.
