Today I spoke with Jay at UCR…
Today I spoke with Jay at UCR consultants over a problem concerning our renewal. He gave excellent honest advise which has now resulted in the problem being resolved. As a very small church with limited funds Jay advise to us could not have been anymore helpful.

Long time loyal customer no more
Long time loyal customer, as soon as their was an issue with a contract they are not responding to emails to them anymore. Gone from hero to zero. Had a breach their own terms and conditions, which they (BGL)admitted. They said they only UCR could cancel the contract, despite repeated requests from me to do so and one response to say they were asking management they delayed in any action or further response to emails until the contract had gone live at which point their request to cancel it was refused. Had it been cancelled in a timely manner when first requested then their would have not been an issue. Also have a side issue with water company contact payments quote which is totally different to the actual payments being made.

Staff involved had all the facts to hand to present to us, they were able to get paperwork sent over for signing whilst on the phone, ensuring we had copies. All in all a very slick and professional process
