Cold callers pretending to represent your supplier to get through
Horrible bunch of liars/scammers. Rang our offices again and again pretending to represent our existing supplier until one of our staff believed them and passed out my personal mobile number. Called them out on this when they rang my mobile and asked them to leave my business alone then hung up. They still called back straight away again to try explain why I should speak to them, had to be more forthright the second time.
I will be reporting to the regulator as they are deliberately misleading people and judging from the other reviews it is not just me who has experienced this. Wouldn't trust any business who think this is acceptable practice.

Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs, this company have cost me thousands of pound of extra charges. Contract did not go through with energy company till a month later. Rang them multiple times, each time I was told they had a call with energy company to resolve and would get a call back and it never happened. Made a complaint to their customer services, zero response. Terrible outfit

Great service from Brad..
I,m not a customer who puts the price first . Its about service and being able to speak top someone I can relate to who I can contact directly who in the future will handle any issues promptly and efficiently.
Brad will be my personal account manager going forward and If our future business is as smooth as my transfer then I will be a very happy customer indeed !
