According to the carrier’s tracking information, the order was marked as delivered on Thursday, April 9 at 11:05 AM to your front door. While we always take full responsibility for your order on our side, the delivery itself is handled by the shipping carrier, and unfortunately we don’t have direct control over their final delivery process.
That said, we genuinely want to help resolve this for you. In similar cases, packages are sometimes received by a neighbor, household member, or placed in a secure nearby location, so we kindly recommend checking those possibilities as well.

Reliable budget replacement that gets the job done
Standard reinforced belt. Fits the bill and fits the machine.
Replaced my snapped drive belt with this one and it’s been holding up fine for the last three mows. No fraying on the edges yet.
Shipping was okay, packaging was secure. Decent alternative to the expensive brand name parts

Ordered a set of replacement blades for…
Ordered a set of replacement blades for my 48 inch deck. They arrived balanced and ready to install, though the edge wasn`t razor shard - I usually give them a quick pass with a grinder anyway. The steel thickness is consistent with the stock blades. Installed them in about 20 minutes and the vibration levels are normal. Shipping took about 4 business days to get to my door. It`s a fair price for the quality you`re getting. Will probably order again when these wear down
