VISIT HERE IF YOU LIKE COCKROACHES
It was my brother's wedding and we wanted a good hotel to stay in for a night. We booked this hotel and soon after we entered the room, the room was stinky and we requested a room spray. We adjusted it. Then we saw a COCKROACH. There were lizard eggs also on the sofa. As I am allergic to cockroaches, we requested immediate cancellation as there were no rooms in that category and other small rooms were also stinky.
Instead the management said, " Sir, its just a cockroach, you dont worry" I was shocked by their behaviour. The management staff Christopher was very rude on call and said, "Sorry sir, we can't provide refund"
The ULTIMATE Thing is - They didn't even apologize for even SINGLE time for their mistake. Their only answer was a cockroach. As I didn't get rooms I didn't attend my brother's marriage as there were no rooms in that locality as it was Muharat date.
Irony is I have stayed in all 5 star hotels, all types of rooms. Their rooms are not even upto their standards, no water bottle, no intercom phones, only cockroaches and lizards and pests but their normal 250 sq ft room is Rs. 6200
PLEASE NEVER VISIT THIS HOTEL. DON'T BOOK PRIOR. PAY IF YOUR STAY IS COMFORTABLE.
