We thank you for your feedback! We are very concerned that your interaction with the service started with unmet expectations ;( We find that you didn't fully understand or familiarize yourself with the principle of our service before registering and starting a campaign.
UFANDAO works on the principle of mutual support - you help another dreamer and get more from the community in return. We do not accumulate funds and do not distribute them between participants, all donations come to you directly from live people without commissions unlike other platforms.
We understand that your life situation does not allow you to use this principle of fundraising through mutual support. But we can not change the principle laid down in the platform mechanics, all the people who are currently collecting donations, as well as make donations, this step would be just not fair to our users. From ourselves we can provide an additional month of subscriptions for free. Now your dream is visible to all users in the catalog, can receive views and likes, you can come back to the campaign later, donate to another dreamer and start accepting donations from other users, if the situation suddenly changes. Or at this point we would advise you to go to other fundraising platforms that work on a different principle, but be prepared for their commissions.
We are very disappointed to receive your 1 star review. You have rated the current working service on your installed model, which unfortunately is not suitable for you at the moment. We feel it is unfair for us to give your 1 star rating to our entire team. We work honestly and all information about the win-win fundraising model was indicated on our website where you registered. We ask you to correct the score in your feedback, as this is detrimental to our rating, which we earn by our honest daily work. We hope for your understanding and rationality.

The website is great idea
The website is great idea but I'm really unimpressed with the service staff.
The reason why I need help was for medicine after I was a victim of a terrible crime. They have suspended and are deleting my account. They said they told me to change the wording of my dream MULTIPLE times but I haven't received any emails.
They took away a lifeline from me because of this.
