Fake details. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Con artists

I bought a game from Ugame.store on 24 October 2021 for my granddaughters birthday present. I received an email in my Junk mail on 26th, advising my order had been completed and asking me to leave a review of the game and their services.

To date I haven't received the game and any emails I've sent chasing my order, have bounced back.

Avoid, this is FAKE COMPANY, COMPLETE SCAMMERS!!!!!!

The email Trust Pilot have for this company is fake too. I don't think they realise.

The company they use for deliveries are fake too. An international telephone number.

This is very clearly a dodgy site. Nothing about it fills me with any confidence. Prices are too low and stick quantities too high (for items known to be VERY rare and expensive). VERY dubious. AVOID!

Did my search on another site for the website domain and i found that:

Owner identification in the Whois No technical data could be retrieved regarding the owner.
So it seemed sketchy. I tried their social media icons but they loop back to the about us page. To finalize my research i researched online about the phone number and although nothing came back, the address of "85 Great Portland Street london uk" is owned by a furniture shop according to google maps. Unfortuantely i can deduct that this should be a scam site by a probability of at least 70%.
The other reviews here just support my hypothesis.

I would give no stars if that option was available. Ordered and paid for a transformer for my grandson, tried to contact about deliver, all attempt to send email are undeliverable, the chat function won’t let you type, the 24/7 hot line phone line is constantly busy even during the night. All attempts to contact via social media platforms they have identified meet with a brick wall. Can’t find the delivery company they state on my order email and tracking is impossible. Use email sent to me to reply and bounced back. Tried the email link to review order and it just takes me to the product page and no option to write a review. Now working with my bank to investigate if this is a legitimate company ................

They have Paypal but when I go to the website there is information about the possibility of paying via paypal, unfortunately there is no such option at checkout, there is some strange, suspicious payment service that does not support paypal. in addition, information about the shipment is in the "return refund policy", this information should be prominently displayed according to the rules that apply to google shopping. The store should be banned for this fact alone and not show up in google shopping results. Avoid!
