Disappointed with Aftercare and Warranty Support
I purchased a pair of UGG Tasman slippers for £103.50 (discounted from approximately £125) in November. They were worn only a handful of times and were in excellent condition.
To maintain them properly, the official UGG care kit was purchased separately from UGG. The slippers were cleaned strictly in accordance with the written instructions provided and the step-by-step guidance on UGG’s official YouTube channel. The cleaner was diluted correctly, both slippers were cleaned evenly, dried naturally at room temperature, and were not brushed while wet.
After cleaning, one slipper developed a clear and permanent colour variation and texture change, leaving the pair visibly mismatched.
UGG declined my claim, stating this was not a manufacturing defect. No inspection, restoration option, or return assessment was offered — only links to care advice and paid cleaning services.
The slippers were less than two months old when the issue arose and the manufacturer’s own care product was used exactly as directed. I am disappointed that no practical resolution was offered in these circumstances
£90 for a pair of slipper which started splitting within 2 weeks
£90 slippers within 2 weeks started splitting, numerous emails with their Customer Services and sent photos 3 times, as per their instructions never heard another word from them apart from an email to ask me to review their Customer Services? they haven't resolved my issue no Live Chat, no way of lodging a complaint, I did review (bad) on their website a week ago but still no response, clearly they don't care about their customers I cannot count the amount of boots, trainers and slippers I have had from UGG never had a problem with quality before
I purchased UGG Scuffette II Snow…
I purchased UGG Scuffette II Snow Leopard Slipper (black) and the dye is constantly discolouring my toes after three months. I wrote to UGG as there is a warranty but the Customer service told me I needed to wipe inside before I wear them (slippers?) and if it still happens after six months to write back. I answered I wasn’t happy and now have to return them to be tested. This now leaves me without the slippers. Surely a product as UGG should not have this type of dye
Literally the worst experience I have…
Literally the worst experience I have ever had buying products online.
Ordered an £80 pair of slippers they cancelled the order but took money and claimed they had released it back.
Ordered again on the 29th of September and got no confirmation of order.
Rang customer service centre they had absolutely no idea what was going on and claimed they couldn’t find the order. Said they would contact finance team and return my call but never did.
Ended up paying twice and never received a single slipper.
Had to open up a dispute with bank to get funds returned.
Terrible.
