Amazing experience all round
Was super easy. Size charts are on point, postage tracking provided, excellent customer service when I had an inquiry after purchase. In addition, my boots are so lush my feet couldn’t wait to get in them 🥰

We are sorry to hear about your experience and wish you had contacted us directly before leaving a negative review, as we are always happy to assist.
We have checked the tracking information and can confirm that Canada Post was unable to deliver the parcel because the delivery address provided with the order was incomplete. The parcel has therefore been returned to us.
Once we receive the parcel back, we will contact you to confirm the correct address and arrange for it to be redelivered.
