UGI unaccountable to customers who want answers
UGI has used plastic gas piping and or plastic gas fittings in various locations throughout their service territories. Plastic becomes brittle with age, and is susceptible to breaking and cracking, especially when exposed to heat.
What exactly might occur when brittle plastic gas piping or fittings crack and leak natural gas under our streets?
Answer: the Palmer Chocolate Company gas explosion.

UGI won’t tell me or you how many feet of plastic gas piping or how many plastic gas fittings are buried in Middletown Pa’s streets, or in your street.
UGI acts as if they are the head and you and I are the tail.
They continue to hide the facts and act as if they are unaccountable.
Perhaps this rating will be forwarded on to someone that has the ability and authority to make UGI accountable BEFORE another soul is lost
