I tried this once Randomly at Costco and was hooked, trying to be healthier and cutting down on sugar yet still wanting a refreshing drink, after the first case I was hooked. A great guilt free alternative to fizzy sugary drinks. The down side is once you try it, it’s hard to go back to the old fizzy drinks as they taste far to sweet abs you end up buying case after case. Definitely would recommend them also delivery is quick and service is fab

Good service as usual
Looking forward to tasting the peach drinks, not tried before. I fully expect to enjoy them as I do the others. Think it's only the strawberry ones to go unless you bring a new flavour out.

We love Ugly!!!!
We have a standing order for Ugly drinks. They are pretty healthy, and also quite tasty. If you are used to the strong, chemical taste of many fizzy drinks, you may need a little time to get used to them, but once you have, you will become addicted - but this time to something healthy

Good product, too expensive
Delivery prompt and a really good product for those wanting to avoid sugar and sweeteners. Unfortunately the price is far too much to make it a regular purchase. Almost £1 per can of flavoured fizzy water with no shop profit margins to take into account is very high.

Can't sign into account
Can't sign into account. Can't reset password. Won't let me cancel my subscription. I've had 3 months of drinks I don't want. Payment taken automatically. I've emailed to say "just stop my subscription" no one replies. I don't know what else I can do. I hate them. Hate them.

Great customer service
I am a monthly subscriber and receive my ugly cans Undamaged and fast. I ordered Dr. Ugly separately and received many damaged cans. I emailed Ugly and they responded a little after 24 hours and are sending me a new ordered. Thank you for your quick service. Great customer service.
