Most insulting customer service ever!

Bought a fitness tracker from this company through Pigsback and what a mistake that was. Tracker arrived with only half a strap! When I queried this and asked for a refund or replacement this is the response I got..

Disappointed

I purchased one of your fitness trackers through Wowcher. Waiting time for delivery wasn’t a problem at all, but I’ve charged the watch up, worked fine when charging. I have connected it to my phone via Bluetooth, I can’t do anything on the watch apart from on, steps, m, cals, Bluetooth & the off sign. The watch turns itself off within 5 seconds & I can’t do nothing else with the watch. I’ve read the instructions 5 times to see if I’ve missed anything about how the watch works but nothing is any different.. I can’t even change the date/time on the watch and also I haven’t worn the watch today as it’s been changing but it’s telling me I’ve done steps and also only have had 526 calories.. I am disappointed in this as I am on a massive weight lose journey after looking 9 stone in 18 months & trying very hard to keep on top of my intake, steps etc.

Ordered 2 fitness trackers

Ordered 2 fitness trackers, one was faulty on arrival the other stopped working properly after a few days. Made contact and after alot of emailing back and forth received a returns code and instructions. Went to the post office as adviced and they explained they couldn't take the package as it had a battery. I contacted the company again and they adviced me to lie and not tell the post office it had a battery. Now have 2 faulty watches and would have to pay for a courier to return. I would not recommend this company, poor products and customer service.

Ordered two watches

Ordered two watches. They would not charge. Contacted Ugagogo via email. Quick response from Michelle. Was then given details of Tech Support. George contacted me via email. Gave excellent option ideas. Sadly none worked. We kept in constant contact updating situation. It was decided that watches needed to be returned. Posted back the watches and money transferred straight back via Wowcher. I have received nothing but excellent customer care. Michelle has been brilliant. George has been very professional. I have ordered two different fitness watches today from them. I have no hesitation in recommending Ugoagogo. The only thing I could pass comment about is postage and packaging. I returned two watches in one envelope via Royal Mail and cost me £3.55. You are charged £4.99 postage on each watch you buy. So I do feel slightly expensive. Considering how much you save on buying the watch it really balances out fairly. Companies do need to make some profit to continue in business. Overall excellent company.

Great product great price

I bought an Apple Watch which arrived a day later than advertised. I was informed about the delay via email and was happy with the customer service. The watch arrived in perfect condition. Ugoagogo have had some poor reviews but I have not had any problems and would be happy to use them again.

Don't buy from UGOAGOGO it's a scam…

Don't buy from UGOAGOGO it's a scam which Wowcher Facilitates.

The following email thread between me & UGOAGOGO support speaks for itself. I am really angry.

I paid Wowcher £174 plus £9.50 (Speedy) delivery for an Apple Series 3 Cellular Watch from UGOAGOGO on 9th December. I received immediate confirmation that delivery would be by 12/12/2019. Still no Apple watch though.

UGOAGOGO don't even have a contact number for customers to resolve issues with them. They use email & delayed response & stalling tactics to keep the customer at bay. Shame on you Wowcher. I have left this information on Wowcher Trustpilot review page too.

If I don't receive the tracking information for the Apple Watch by 10am in the morning, I am reporting Wowcher to the police for supporting scam companies & reporting UGOAGOGO for scamming consumers.

Hello

If you are claiming that you have sent the Apple 3 cellular watch & that you are proceeding to get a crime number then the delivery service would have to be trackable to achieve a search for the package. Please forward me the tracking details immediately, I should have got tracking details on despatch anyway for an item costing £174 plus a £9.50 speedy delivery charge which I paid for in good faith.

I've checked Trustpilot today.. Perhaps you would like to explain why you are giving several customers the same story as me & explain what your company's game is. I've left a review detailing my bad experience with UGOAGOGO & copied & pasted the support email thread into my Trustpilot review .

If I don't receive tracking details by return email by 10am tomorrow, I will report the missing purchase & report UGOAGOGO for scamming to the police & provide the police the evidence too.

Please can you provide a contact number immediately to discuss this or advise me immediately by return email when & if the item has been despatched & when I can expect to receive it.

If I don't get a reply by close of business I will report this a failed fulfilment of order to PayPal who I made the large payment to your company through.

I have attached screenshots of Wowcher confirmation documentation that I received after payment on the order.
