I do not recommend that university. Their AI-based system is poorly designed. Furthermore, most of their administrative staff do not know how to resolve student issues because they are unable to function without the AI. We students are customers who spend thousands of dollars on the university each term; the very least they should do is train administrative staff to correct AI errors on a case-by-case basis, so they stop saying, "I can't solve your problem because the system won't let me." This situation is deeply unfair; they aren't doing us any favors—they earn their salaries thanks to the thousands of dollars each student contributes to the university. I am disappointed with this university and am transferring to another one; I just hope I don't run into the same problem there.
