Like the shoes but they're too wide and hard to return
The shoes are great looking & nice quality but run wide. When I wanted to return them, customer service was quick to respond; however, they first offered an exchange. It took a second email to get directions for a refund and even then it was unclear if I would have to pay for postage back through the post office (which was very pricey). I ultimately decided to keep the shoes but I'm not happy with the fit.

I absolutely LOVE these shoes!!! I ordered one pair and they are SO BEAUTIFUL, SO COMFORTABLE, I have ordered 2 more pair!!!! My foot is narrow but my toes are wide so these shoes are perfect!!! You feel like you are walking on clouds!! I have 3 more pair I am going to order!!! So many Beautiful patterns to choose from!!!! Just wish it didn’t take as long tom for them to arrive after you place your order!!!

POOR RETURN POLICY
First I thought this shoes is made in Spain. Its really cute and colorful. Sizing and comfort are fine. I honestly was hesitant to purchase and not careful enough to read reviews. If the shoes do not fit and you do not like the color, you CANNOT RETURN IT!! Exchange is okay, you paid your shipping fee to the company. They will direct you where to return the items. After reading the review, I am not sure whether I will get a refund or not, even if I paid to return the shoes. I ordered 5, keeping 4 of them pair #5, unsure if It will be safe or not to return them and not receiving the refund...
Too bad, I wish they have good customer service and RETURN POLICY. They lost customers by having such RETURN POLICY, basically NONRETURNABLE EXCEPT DAMAGE quality issues.

Too much trouble to buy shoes from…
Too much trouble to buy shoes from them. If you never tried their shoes, don't buy it.
They will send you the shoes size too big or too small so that you have to return them, or the package missing.
There is NO Free return, and return process took a very long time and yet still not refund your money.
Super frustrating.
I will never buying shoes from them again.

The shoes fit perfectly to size, are very lightweight and have great wear quality. Shipping time was within expected parameters and they let you know where things ate at the whole time.
