Sounds nice, but..

The communication and explanation was great. When I had a question, it got answered. But one thing I noticed was, that they try to make you pay the fee right away, which feels kinda strange if you ask me.

You should be ashamed of yourselves

There are situations when a person truly has no choice and must take serious steps in their work and life. Companies like yours should help such people, not just take money from them at the first interview and in return promises that you might help them in a few months. For such people, a few months is life or death, and there's still no guarantee that you'll help at all. You send your trained agent to the first interview, whose job is to offer a lot of sweet words and promises just to get money. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
