Dat doen wij door een online omgeving te bieden waarin je zelf je scheidingsafspraken kunt maken met je (ex-)partner. Gewoon in je eigen woorden. Zonder ingewikkelde juridische termen. Je krijgt hierbij onbeperkte persoonlijke begeleiding van een casemanager. Daarnaast word je ondersteund door een gespecialiseerde advocaat. Uitelkaar.nl is onderdeel van Justice42, een sociale onderneming. Onze maatschappelijke missie staat voorop: het scheidingsproces toegankelijker en gebruiksvriendelijker te maken via een gepersonaliseerde, online aanpak. Hiermee stellen we mensen in staat zoveel mogelijk samen op te lossen. Met ondersteuning waar nodig. Wij werken samen met verschillende overheidsinstanties en maatschappelijke organisaties, waaronder de Raad voor Rechtsbijstand, het Juridisch Loket, het Ministerie van Justitie en Veiligheid, en het Nibud. Uitelkaar.nl voldoet als enige online scheidingsplatform aan de kwaliteitscriteria van de Raad voor Rechtsbijstand.

Uitelkaar.nl helped me tremendously…

Uitelkaar.nl helped me tremendously with my divorce process. I am very grateful for this opportunity. I will recommend Uitelkaar.nl to anyone who wants to go through divorce peacefully.
Everything was clear from the beginning until the end. When I had questions I could ask them and got the answer. I could go through this process at my own pace. There were no due dates and that helped me to read everything carefully, to write my divorce plan and to have some time to take care of myself and other parts of my life. I had everything I needed to know explained and given. Thank you very much for your service. I truly appreciate your help.
