Always been a fan of their products. They do make some of the best music software on the market, but that's not all. Their support is top notch.

They had a confusing release with their Beatmaker upgrade (The way they handled it was actually to give a free upgrade to users, and I misinterpreted and made a double purchase).
Instead of ignoring me, their support made every effort to assist me, even when I purchased from another store front.

Their support has always been excellent (I've had other instances where they've gone above and beyond to give more value).

I am old enough to find talking to actual person refreshing feels a bit awkward but have to admit it makes a difference. After usual "no time to answer at the moment, please check FAQ's in the meantime" someone did took (my pretty insignificant) complaints rather seriously and walked an extra mile to provide workaround solutions, while providing realistic estimation when and how issue would be fixed in the future. It is a bit sad such communication is so rare these days, but in the same time it is pretty encouraging that it still exists. Thanks J and UJAM!

I can create different models that immerse me in different atmospheres, which I can return to later!
It's not uncommon for me to have an idea, and using these instruments or effects inspires new ones! And I really like that!

UJAM plugins have truly impressed me! The quality, ease of use, and creativity they bring into my workflow are simply amazing. I’m already experiencing how much they enhance my production process, and I’m confident my music will soon feel like it’s on steroids with UJAM.

I haven’t even explored the Symphonic Elements and some of the other powerful plugins yet, but if they’re anything like what I’ve tried so far, I know they’ll take my sound to the next level.

An issue occurred where sounds did not play accurately during bounces. When I inquired about the bounce problem, the support staff provided a kind and detailed response. They also gave precise answers to my additional questions. Thanks to them, I was able to resolve the issue.

I had a small problem installing Beatmaker. After contacting support, I received quick and comprehensive advice. Great! Now I'm really enjoying all the great features.

UJAM is a top notch company delivering industry level plugins at an affordable cost. It must have been many months ago when I came across one of their "grab this plugin for free" offers and who says no to a gift? So, I checked it out and Sparkle2 Virtual Guitarist has been one of my go-to plugins ever since. Just recently I grabbed another offer for free and since you can try everything they have for 7 days without risk, I went ahead and downloaded most of their stuff. After playing around for a bit and further comparing their offers I had to simply get their all in one package. No matter what type of music you write / produce, UJAM has it all. I highly recommend this company and their products to everyone out there!

About 5 years ago, I started to dedicate myself to music in a deeper and more serious sense. At almost 60 years old, my genres par excellence were R&B, but I was always curious to explore new musical genres such as TRAP and other more current rhythms. That's how I discovered UJAM, I decided to invest in some plugins and I was truly surprised... tools like VG-SPARKLE, VG-AMBER, BM-GLORY!! that allow you to create incredible rhythms and USYNTH with its different libraries gave me great possibilities when creating my own music. I have been a guitarist since I was young and my favorite tool to complement my performances is UFX-REVERB, with it I create incredible atmospheres whatever the style... Not only has it served as inspiration and confidence, recently I had a problem with a license for a library that I had purchased and the support that its department gave me was incredible. I have to say that I'm really glad I chose UJAM because I haven't been disappointed. I highly recommend them. They're a great team.

I was impressed how fast the company responded to my service request and it was fixed right away. The customer service person was pleasant and the software I purchased is pretty cool!

If I could choose 10 stars I would. I’ve been with Ujam ever since they made plugins for the Reason rack. I loved their innovative idea behind music making. They make plugins that assist in the music creation process. And if you’re a person who doesn’t need a hand up then the plugins allow you to do your own thing with the flick of a switch. Ujams customer service is also incredibly helpful and quick to respond. I am a customer for life and if someone reviews this company with anything less than 5-stars, then I suggest you try and make a better plugin; I’ll wait.

It was a breeze! I had a very helpful Hotline assistant called Anubhav Ukil. He guided me over a few days, and he got my USYNTH software running again.
He also kept me up to date with tips and in the end, everything worked out fine!
I found this to be the best help desk I have ever used.

UJam makes great instruments and their support is always top notch. Any issue, they get an answer for you.

Two of my most favourites plugins of all time (VG Iron / Amber 1) stopped working on all of my platforms. It took me by complete surprise that my first search took me to u-jam's site; they were already aware of the issue and had the solution posted which required submission of the .ops files to be modified. The real shocker was after I submitted it, the awesome support staff "J" processed it and sent it back to me the same day. Customer service cannot get any better than that. Lastly, his entire tone in dealing with me was like chatting with an old friend that just happened to be very technically proficient. The kind of experience you can only get in person and not from an email. Thanks "J".

Most of the "important" companies in pro music/audio provide great tech support, and Ujam is no exception. Most of my installation problems were my fault, having left my desktop computer behind to travel with my laptop. I had forgotten that I hadn't downloaded many Ujam purchases to my laptop, and I was using a portable external drive for my libraries. Ujam uses Zendesk - smart move.
