Very poor service, just reaping off people

Called them to come and fix my washing machine. The engineer came very morning, just looked at washing, turned it on, opened it's door and he told me that it's a control board problem.
Later received a call from a lady known as Mandy saying that the washing needs a new locker which is £24.99 plus labour and vat this comes to a total of £100.54. I told that your engineer said it's a control board issue when he was hear, has this changed now. Then she said that she will get back to me after asking him again.
I got another phone call from her saying that, yes it is a control board and locker. Total money needed to fix all is about £300.0 plus. I shouted what is the point. I better buy a new one. Now she wanted me to get one from them and still the costs were high compared to the market.
I told her no, I can't get a washing machine from them and I will try somewhere else. Then she told me that I have to pay £85.99 for the engineer. I responded all that money, what for. For the engineer knowledge and time she responded. This amount reduced to £70 after negotiating.
Later a friend told her knows someone who can come and help. This man came late evening, looked at the machine, opened the top part, examined it and he said, it is the fuse, nothing is wrong with the control board because he had a machine to check it. So, he fixed it and he told me to buy an interlock locker using model number and this was at £15.57 compared to £24.99 told by UK APPLIANCE.
The man fixed the washing machine and it's working perfectly at every cheap reasonable price and I regretted approaching UK APPLIANCE first. And I can never recommend them.
And was my second bad experience with them. So, with that experience I think it's just reaping off people other than solving problems.

Air fryer

I ordered an air fryer in November it has never arrived beware they are scammers I have reported to bank they are investigating but I don't think we have enough information to get our money back so looks like we have lost it

Be careful

Be careful, asked for details, IE, full name including middle name, email and phone number.
There contract number is a mobile number.
REMEMBER, if it sounds to good to be true, it is.

This company needs to be bared

This company needs to be bared. Look through the reviews. No one is getting anything. The 5 star reviews are ALL written from the same script. Read them. Every single 5 star review mentions a name to contact and how great the service was. So glad I came here first. The cheapest airfryer I am looking for anywhere from a legitimate company is £249. So £133 is not suspicious its impossible.

I been scammed payed £156 for air fryer got email saying expected delivery 22nd October still nothing has come I reading these reviews I feel sick that anyone could be ripped off I tried to ring the company and also messaged them so I have reported to my bank so not happy

Dodgy

Ordered Air Fryer and payment never went through! Did not respond to my emails. Thinks this is a scam to get people's personal information. Not sure why Google allows them to stay top of their search list!

Scam website

Looking for an air fryer, they have the ninja in stock for almost half the price of anywhere else. Not convinced I checked their address on the website, turns out it is the Blood Donor Centre in Leeds! Also having a contact number as a mobile does not fill me with confidence.

If it's too cheap - beware!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Paid for an order that I never recieved, had to open a case with my bank in the end to get funds back, called numerous times and sent lots of emails, no response from them at all. Avoid at all cost, absolute scam company.

There is something not right here!!

There is something not right here!!
As with MANY others I have ordered an item, received confirmation and that's it!! No contact at all..
I have e-mailed, phoned several times..Nothing!!
The website is UK-Appliance (without the 's'), the terms and conditions state 'Appliances Ahead Ltd' as the owners of the website. Contacted them, they emailed back saying nothing to do with them its a scam!!
Yet its still there......
Be VERY AWARE...DO NOT USE!!

UK-APPLIANCES. Not Respnsive

Ordered online and paid in full for a fridge freezer, received acknowledgment. First couple of chases by email got promise of delivery within a few days, now nothing from them. Not answering emails, recorded message when you try calling them. Cancelled the PAYPAL payment, received an email the following day that item would be delivered between 11 & 14:00. Just wish they were more responsive and answer the phone

We purchased an ex display Elica downdraft extractor and once we got round to fitting notice most major parts were missing. After several emails they said that Elica would send direct and we received fittings and vent box is actually for something completely different. I’ve been trying since March to get a contact to change vent box and no response whatsoever. This has become a major issue as looks like we have to buy a brand new one. I will never use this company again.

No contact from company. Attempting to get a refund.

After ordering a freezer the company provided no delivery date. Despite numerous attempts to contact them the phone line just refers to a contact email address which they also do not seem to respond on.

I'm attempting to cancel and refund the transaction but haven't managed to contact them or their sister company so far. Very disappointed and concerned about getting my money back. Will update the review if I manage to get a refund.

I am yet to receive my appliances that…

I am yet to receive my appliances that I ordered paid for 9th March, I have tried calling get voicemail on phone. I have been to the shop and been told they are not in. Do not trust Paul Turnham kitchens either they are a sister company that works in same building, I want a refund and I will by from somewhere else.

Communication almost non existent

I ordered, and paid for, Miele filters for the cooker hood on April 25th. On May 4th I tried to phone but a recorded message said to send an email which I did . On May 5th I received an email telling me that Miele had delayed delivery times and that I should receive them in 3-5 business days. As of today I have still not received them and my last three emails have not had a reply. At the moment I have no filters and I'm out of pocket. Very disappointed.

Update 10th June. I did eventually get a reply to my request to cancel the order and issue a refund. I was told the order had been cancelled and a refund issued. The refund never arrived. I was then told that the refund had been blocked by their card merchant and my BACS details requested for a direct payment. This had never arrived. Onchecking their website I found that one can still put items in the cart and proceed to checkout so I think they may be trading fraudulently. BEWARE

Not a company I would recommend.

Selecting and paying for the item was easy and straightforward. That is the end of any positive I can find in this company. The advertised 5 day period from order to delivery was closer to 3 weeks. They only once answered my phone call. After chasing the order I was told it was with the courier. After waiting in the courier did not arrive. After complaining again I was told it was definitely with the courier and hence they could not issue a refund. I cut my losses and told them to keep the Miele oven. I am waiting for the refund ...
