Terrible communication and no product…

Terrible communication and no product delivered. I have emailed over and over. I ordered the throw before Xmas for my daughter. It came within a few days and was a nice product. I then ordered another one on the 4th of December for my Mun for Christmas. It had not arrived I am sick of chasing it. I then got an email saying it was on the way, Then on my Shop app it claimed it had been delivered the end of January to my neighbour. I was in all day so I don’t know why they delivered to a neighbour anyway. Of course neither of my neighbours have signed had anything delivered.
Don’t touch these with a barge pole.
I am glad I didn’t put a good review in the first place. I don’t understand how they were so good the first time and terrible with the same product ordered a 2nd time.

I never received my order

I never received my order. I left a message on the WhatsApp number and received a curt reply, and Evri just don't care. Why does this company use them they have a bad reputation. Apart from leaving a poor review how else can I make contact?

AVOID

AVOID. Poor quality items. Ordered a pregnancy pillow, that had dirty marks on it and a thread pull. Ordered a pillow case for it, it had a hole where the stitching had missed. Non-existent customer service. No one responds to their gmail and the number on their website doesn't even ring. Wanted to support a local business but I'll going for larger more reputable retailers next time.

Who let this bedding so called company out

Trying to explain to this so called company about a missing item from my delivery by Hermes.they are saying I signed for it never so it is in PayPal hands at moment .how do e bay use companies like this they should be checked out first I am passing this onto trading standards for there opinion. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY mike

Pass by this company

Pass by this company, I purchased a king size memory foam topper due to a strange stain on my current one, alas the new one is stained as was packed in a sealed compressed bag. Customer services at this address (comfy quilts) same company were very unhelpful, a waste of time, want me to take it back to Argos in the expanded condition for a refund. Fantastic get out clause as they know you cannot do this. Will be careful not to buy from these people again.

Non-delivery, no help, derogatory email.

Other reviews, such as Google, indicate how nice these people are at Ebedding (or UK Bedding & so on). This may be the case, until something goes wrong, which is my experience.
On the 17th October 2018, I ordered a 13.5 Tog duvet & quilt set at a cost of £85.87. It was shipped via DPD, to my business address.
It did not arrive. The tracking facility indicated the driver 'could not find the address' & 15 minutes later 'it had been successfully delivered'.
This may have been the case, but not to our address.
Of course, this is not initially Ebedding's fault & is not the reason for my poor review. The review is based on the treatment we received following the problem & the fact they are quite happy with a customer being out-of-pocket.
I emailed Ebedding Customer Services to inform them I had not taken delivery of my goods. Two days later, a reply from Jake,'at Customer Services, informed me I should check on our neighbours to find the goods whereabouts. Of course, this we had already done, but the package was signed for by a 'Whites M', of which nobody knew of.
A further email & I received a reply from 'Jessica' at Customer Services, quoting coordinates obtained from DPD, saying the delivery vehicle had been to our premises & made the delivery. This statement of course, & the tone of the email, indirectly accused us of being liars & thieves. This was the end of any help from Ebedding.

Therefore people, my advice is, if you are based near Ebedding & can collect your goods, great. If not, spend a little more & visit your local Dunelm or similar & save yourself a great deal of time & grief as these folk are not so nice when something goes wrong.

Faulty product - obstructive returns process

I ordered a duvet from this company. It arrived and after unfolding fully to use it we discovered a stain on the cover.

Now we are not unreasonable, it was factory packaged and therefore they would not be aware of the problem.

They have offered to replace the item. However to do this they will send a pre-paid packaging to be used to return via Royal Mail.

This involves us in actual cost and inconvenience. We live in a small village and will need to drive to the nearest town, pay parking, and also then carry a heavy, bulky parcel from the car park to the Post Office

To be honest it's hardly worth the effort and costs. I have asked them if they will compensate for this, they won't and they claim they have to get the item returned as it's Ebay's policy - no it's not it's theirs.

I am more than happy to leave the item for them to collect outside our house - after all they used a courier to deliver it in the first place. That doesn't seem unreasonable to me.

Likewise they have failed to confirm when the replacement will be received - not much use when it's needed or the bed!!

Not acceptable, and as the majority of their items will inevitably be factory packaged I'd suggest only buying if you are prepared for inconvenience if something needs to be returned.

I am about to email Silentnight (maker of the duvet) to highlight an obvious weakness in their quality control procedures, and will be interested to confirm that the item supplied was not a "second" as it certainly wasn't described as such.

I have no problem returning the item, the last thing I need is a faulty duvet cluttering up my house, but I would expect a more convenient solution.

To be really clear Ebay do not "require" me to do anything (unless I claim under their guarantee) - UK Bedding make their own policies.

UPDATE:
The return packaging I was promised never arrived. However I was asked to package in a bin liner. Collection via DPD was organised. In fairness once it as collected the refund was processed in 24 hours.

However I'd really not recommend this company - it was a battle to be treated fairly.

Be aware they trade under various names on ebay

STAY WELL AWAY!

I ordered a duvet and 2 pillows from this company. I got a confirmation order from them showing my delivery address. When my order was ready for despatch UK Bedding, for some unexplained reason, then decided to change the address label on my parcel to an address that was different to mine. Hence, their couriers HERMES, delivered my item to this other address. I contacted UK Bedding (via email) many, many times to query where my goods were. All they ever said was that they were delivered to my address and left behind a BBQ. Firstly, they were not delivered to my address and secondly, I don't even have a BBQ. I am now £20 out of pocket and some other person at this other address has had a nice, unexpected little gift of a Silentnight duvet and 2 pillows.

I wish I had read some of the other reviews on here before I had handed over my money. Also, please be aware that they use lots of other aliases such as E-BEDDING, THE BEDDING COMPANY, COMFY QUILTS.....the list goes on and on! They are also uncontactable by phone.

STAY AWAY.....STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.......,You have been warned!
