I am appalled that after my IVA being declined, ALL my debts have gone straight to debt collection, something Debt Advice did NOT cover with me. I am now absolutely in a worse situation with the only option a £500 a month debt management plan which is totally out of budget. No after care to help me deal with the mess either.

Credifix helped me a lot with my debt very helpful and quick service gave me 100% reassurance
Customer service is brilliant and always there for any questions or doubts
Also monthly amount which is affordable
Would highly recommend

Untrustworthy, push you to make the wrong decision and coach you through the stage that should pull those concerns up.

Then after telling them I have zero interest, to stop contacting me and to not make any contact with me or my creditors. I received an email this morning saying things were all in hand and moving forward.

I reminded them politely that I have several email chains telling then to discontinue and not contact me so we'll see how it goes.

Been flagged so I look forward to presenting my evidence 👍
